Made these tonight but used pepper jack cheese, they were great . Never thought of using that bread, but it was really good.

Cool. I like to use pepper jack cheese, sometimes, as well. I like making the sliders, because sometimes the kids won't eat a big burger. If I want more, I can eat several, and put a different kind of cheese on each one, or dress them differently. Gives me flexibility.
