bullshite .. you were assuming i had a lack of information .. which i don't since real estate speculation, development, etc. is what i do for a living .. i.e. everyone knows everyone and everyone passes info about properties around ... martini is heavily tied in with commercial construction and does that for a living .. you, obviously heard "say brah, i heard that champps place was paying $30,000 a month" from some drunk over beers as your source ... keep smart assing around the board .. it is doing you wonders ..

As far as everything else, I joined this site in September...period. I'm not looking to make internet friends and if I aggravate some of you cool kids I'm really not concerned.
