Grand Wall in Gonzales has one with their buffet.

My advice is to hit up Foo Chow in Walker on Friday or Saturday night... they have the Mongolian grill, plus legit sushi, blue crabs, and the best snow crab legs I've ever eaten, plus all the usual Chinese buffet stuff, and it's under $15. Probably the best Chinese buffet I've ever been to.

You may be thinking of the Genghis Grill chain.
They have them in Shreveport and Jackson, but it looks like none in BR. But their store locator feature is shite, so maybe there is one down there.

You are correct that the Mongolian grills are round. There used to be one at the Chinese restaurant on Jefferson where Alicia's now is. It was the only true Mongolian grill I knew of in the city. Their buffet mostly sucked, but I would go in for the grill.

Could never find a place like that around BR.
I used to go to a place outside of Franklin TN (cool springs) called Ghengis Grill. Place was money.
