Mint jelly recommendations please

I am interested in getting into the mint jelly game, but I am a bit undereducated on where and how to begin. I am looking for the best starter mint jellies and maybe best crackers that accentuate the finer flavors of said jelly. Any sincere guidance and recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
