They don't have a thick and thin platter...once I joked with the waitress that I wish they did and she brought me out some thin to go with the thick cut.
You and the gf/wife could just each get a thick and thin and split it.
I really do wish they did have a half and half.

They would probably do it for you. Owners/Staff are very accommodating.

I agree about their staff. Some of those ladies have been doing taht for a looong time over there.
