Mexican - River Ridge area

Seems like there's only two real options in the River Ridge/Harahan/Elmwood area for mexican- Carettas and Taqueria Corona. (not counting taco bell, chipotle, or nacho mama). We've had both and have had some good and bad but want to branch out.

We are closer to the Sauve/Little Farms area so it's not too bad to get to the Williams Blvd corridor of Mexican/Central American places. What are the best options within 10 mins of River Ridge for takeout? Only condition is that my wife is picky as shite, no seafood, and only eats shredded chicken tacos/quesadillas. I'm open to beef cheek, tongue, a-hole basically anything.

Are there any places up Clearview or down Airline that I am missing? Jefferson area? TIA
