Try soaking white bread in milk to use as a binder. Makes a juicier, lighter texture meatball than using dried breadcrumbs and eggs

put them under the broiler, 4 minutes, flip, then another 4 minutes.
Then throw in the pressure cooker with my sauce for 10 minutes
I skip any bread or bread crumbs and use a little bit of parmesan to act as a binder.
