Big fan of Meat Church BBQ. Got some rubs for Christmas. Saw this recipe on their website using the Blanco Rub.

Takes a little time to prepare and cook, but is it some kind of good.

I took a look at the recipe and tried it, with a few adjustments.
I didn't have the Meat Church spices, but I checked out the ingredients and just kind of winged it, with a little Red Chile Powder added. I also did not have any ribs, but I'm cleaning out a freezer and found a flank steak/London Broil in there. I cut it up into pieces and used it instead. Threw in some garlic and mushrooms and slow-cooked it in a crock pot. Served it over cheesy grits.
Very nice flavor. The meat was still kind of tough, but it had a good flavor. I'll do this again, but probably with a different cut.
