We’ve made shrimp or chicken Marsala for a while. We ate a Marsala dish that was somewhat tangy however we can’t find a recipe that adds a tangy taste. Got any idea of what we might add to give it a more tangy flavor ?

I can't add anything to your original post except to say that of all the marsala dishes I have eaten at different restaurants, Semolina had the best chicken marsala I've ever eaten.

Does anyone have their recipe?

Have any of the recipes you've tried used vinegar? Balsamic or red wine. Balsamic get sweeter the longer it's been aged. 18-25 year old stuff can be eaten on ice cream.

Lemon at the end could help give it a tangyness.
