Arse will be back.

We need to get Taco Bell to release a host of new products and Arse will be unable to resist a new product offering without posting about it here.

My only question: did any of these establishments have ketchup bottles on the tables?

Gladly. And I don't intend to brag as much as inform people in case they are interested in trying these things for themselves.

District: Revolving selection of doughnut varieties but if available be sure to order a Berries 'n Cream. Also, definitely get the fried chicken biscuit with tomato gravy.

Baru: The Desmechada Arepa is so damn delicious (braised flank steak with cheddar) and the Pepeada is right behind it (chicken and avocado salad with white cheddar). The skirt steak appetizer, I can't remember the name, was very tender. Also, the Jerk Chicken Burrito and the Pepito were amazing. Can't go wrong with anything really.

La Boulangerie: Better than Brocato's in my opinion. Be sure to get a Paris Brest, a Forêt Noire, and a Napoleon. The tarts are pretty good too, as are the eclairs.

Cochon Butcher: Smokey Turkey sandwich for the win. Cochon Muffaletta is also great.

Tartine: Baked Eggs in Brioche. You're welcome.

Atchafalya: Bananas Foster French Toast was outstanding.

Little Vic's: Somewhat hidden Italian joint in the French Quarter. Their gelato is incredible. The pomegranate and strawberry were particularly refreshing and the cannolis aren't half bad.

Erin Rose: I admittedly don't drink very often, but that Frozen Irish Coffee is the best frozen alcoholic beverage I have ever had. I just had a White Russian from New Orleans Original Daiquiris the night before that was absolutely terrible. This made up for it and then some.

Domenica: Squid Ink Tagliolini is pretty damn impressive. A half-Proscuitto and half-Smoked Pork Pizza isn't a bad option either. One is a red sauce and one is white so they work well together.

Sucre: I can see what everyone was referring to in regards to the prices. All we got was one macaroon, which doesn't really hit the spot, and the All Things Nola Sundae. The sundae was pretty good but my girlfriend swears that the Cookie Monster at Creole Creamery is significantly better.

Thank God we walked just about everywhere. Otherwise, there's no way all of that food would have metabolized.

It was a hard day at the gym this morning.

Nope. I couldn't remember what their go-to beverage was and we were in a little bit of a rush due to dinner plans. It seems like a cool place. I liked how mellow and relaxed it was compared to the rest of Bourbon.

Because admin marked a post unreadable on Saints Talk? Why did he start doing his Rewind on a blog? Because he wasn't getting enough attention here? Sorry the thing tumbled to struggling to fill up 2 pages recently .. They just went from being an interesting concept to a boring "look at me!" diary .. I guess his "you're the greatest poster in the history of this board" posts from lsutiger345675 with 11 posts dwindled down to nothing, so the attention whore took his ball and went home ..

He'll be back .. A blog won't quench his thirst for attention ..
