Ive undertaken this a time or 2 but it always turns out bad. I understand the process but the cheese always seems to turn out flavorless and dry. Anyone ever do this and how did it turn out?

You did it with buffalo milk? Cow milk will have much less flavor

Try to find a source for raw (non-pasteurized) milk. It's not easy as most dairy farmers are forbidden from selling raw milk to the general public. Failing that, add a little more salt to the recipe for improved flavor.

Anyone have a good recipe? I've wanted to try this for a while.
