I like to place meat and marinade in ziplock and then freeze over night then thaw and place in the refrigerator for another 24 hrs. Freezing in marinade, when thawed draws marinade in.

Toof, how's that Ninja Foodi? I picked one up on sale at Costco, but it's still in the box.

You had to buy the dehydrator tray separately? I already have a Presto Dehydrator (and a small air fryer and 6qt insignia instapot clone) so why did I buy this? Haha )

It’s the single best kitchen item I have ever purchased. It does everything single task outside of low and slow on the grill.

I bought the dehydration trays on amazon

I have already done a pork loin, steak on broil, frozen to table chicken wings in 30 mins .. insane good
