i find pastalaya is always very greasy.

you have to take the grease from the sausage and pork out....

I just made LSUDad's pastalaya recipe...wow it's really good.

That recipe is a keeper that I will definitely use again.

coming back and looking at this again I realized I lied. Instead of the pork, I add some pre-cooked frozen shrimp.
