Four Way is my favorite with spaghetti, chedder cheese, onion and the chili. Forget using the kidney beans.
^ This.
First skyline experience for me was in Lexington prior to a UK basketball game and I ordered the Five Way. Meh.
Second time was in Ohio and I ordered the Coney, which was fine. Third time I ordered the Four Way (sans beans) and now I have to visit Skyline every time I’m in its range. I never thought it would become crack after my first two visits.

I did that recipe a month ago and it came out great. I was skeptical like you but keep in mind that’s it’s more of a meat sauce consistency than an actual chili. Had a couple guys from Ohio rave about it saying that the actual brand “Skyline” is crap but this tasted more like a homemade Cincinnati chili.
