Tortellini with a butternut squash filling and a butter sage sauce. Honestly it’s only my second time making pasta from scratch so I anticipate downvotes for my execution, but it was a fun experience.

Looks banging. Im still cooking dried pasta but want to make from scratch one day to see how big the difference is.

Looks incredible. Would be cool to see the whole process if you might document next time.

It’s a huge difference. For one the cook time is a fraction of cooking boxed pasta.

I definitely plan on making it again. It's a great fall dish, and it's weirdly in the 70s right now. So when it gets cooler I'll make it and be sure to document.
