It's gone. It's now a shitty tire shop. The real fat Elvis would know that.

That new Greek / Mediterranean place (Royal Kabob I think?) is flat amazing. Went the other night on a whim, I don't live in the area, and the Greek Salad was the best I have ever eaten. I also had the hummus with beef which was outstanding and some bites of the chicken kabob. I will be back. Recommend highly.
You better be right or I'm holding you personally responsible. I ain't expecting much. I often pass by there around noon and around 9 at night on Saturdays and I rarely see customers.

My hesitation as well. The owner was extremely excited to have us in and I was shocked that the place had only one other table occupied. Food is authentic and excellent. He just needs to do some marketing.

My go-to on Sherwood.
I currently hold the total weight record for packing a to-go styro-box at that location.

Well, I ate at Royal Kabob. I'm not as nearly as gung ho as you are, but, overall, it was Ok. I wouldn't tell people not to got there, but I would tell them to lower their expectations.
The Greek salad had too much dressing, plus too much vinegar in the dressing. Nevertheless, I nearly finished it. I got the Combination Platter which included chicken, beef (ground beef with herbs or something) and steak kabobs served over rice. Frankly, I kind of liked the Combo, but the salad dressing frick up my taste buds enough where I couldn't enjoy it fully.
As far as the service, I don't know what was going on. If I had to guess, whoever was waiting on us wasn't the usual person. I think he was standing in temporarily for the owner. I mean he was trying to do a good job, but it was just out of whack.
So for those who like Albasha down the road, and you are in the Sherwood area for lunch, you might consider giving Royal Kabob a try.
