Nesco , $50 free shipping

I use top, bottom , or eye of round meat. Partially freeze to make cutting easier, slice 1/8" thin across the grain. One pound of meat will yield 1/4 pound of jerky. Cook at 160 degrees until desired texture

My sister-in-law gave us some jerky for Christmas one time that was seasoned with McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning that was the best I ever had.

Look up that recipe.
