Looking for good lenten lunch specials in New Orleans/ Northshore area

So now that lent is officially upon us, what are your go to places for good lenten/seafood lunch specials? Looking for anything on the north and southshore (travel all over for work) that doesnt include a filet-o-fish or fish sandwich from a fast food chain. Im all about good poboys or seafood plates. Oh and decently priced please. I dont get to expense my lunches like all the OT ballers do.
