Why can't we have something like Spec's in Houston?
I live in Houston, but I'm back in New Orleans this weekend. The fact that I just went to Rouses grocery store at 11pm and got a bottle of Blanton's makes me happy. In Houston, you must go to a specialty liquor store, and they're mandated to close at 9pm.
Recently, I discovered Goody Goody Liquor in Houston. Some pretty good deals.
