I love cooking on my griddle. Something about frying eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns on my back patio while it's cool outside with a hot cup of coffee is so relaxing.
I have tried fried rice on the stove top and just couldn't get it right. My griddle gets hot enough to make it how I want. Smash burgers and wings on the griddle are a great way to mix things up too.
I find clean up to take about as long as washing any pans you would use on the stove. A simple scrape, drizzle water on to lift the stuck food, another scrape, then a coat of oil and you're done.
