Lone star bakery in Dallas/king cake

I just bought a king cake from the local grocery store (Harris Teeter—Kroger bought them out 2-3 years ago). King Cake was made by the aforementioned “Lone star bakery on Dallas”. I’ve had shitty king cakes, but this takes the proverbial “cake” for being the worst. Dry and flavorless.

Why would you expect a good king cake from a giant factory in Texas? Next you'll be complaining the gumbo you got from Tom Thumb wasn't any good.
