Groomers Seafood market in San Antonio is about to have their lobster-mania sale. $7.59 a pound. Any suggestions how to prep it? Thinking of boiling. Any advice of seasoning, boil time, soak time, etc?

My advice would be to not trust lobster in San Antonio.
