That’s inappropriate. My Mom had pretty much stayed home since March. She’s almost 88. We’ve been very careful though we’ve been with family with precautions. No parties like we used to do.
What folks want to do is their choice. I’ll make mine. You make yours.

Last Winter, before Covid was so live, is irrelevant.

This is a recipe for Seafood Potato Casserole. You can omit the seafood if you want. This recipe feeds 5 people as a main course. For 20 as a side dish I would triple or quadruple it.

Seafood Potatos

Preheat over to 400
Grease 9x13 Pan with high sides

2 lbs red potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 Cup of Powder Crab Boil
1lb Conecuh Smoked Sausage
1 lb Shrimp
12oz pack crawfish
Crabmeat (optional)
1 cup shredded cheese

Sauce

1 12oz can Cream Of Celery
6oz Velveeta
1/2 cup milk
Season with with garlic and onion powder

Heat milk, add cream of celery and stir in Velveeta till smooth and melted.

Boil potatoes in crab boil for 13 minutes, drain.
Fry smoked sausage till brown, add shrimp and cook till pink, add crawfish and cook 3 minutes.

Add layer of cooked potatoes to pan, then a layer of meat. Repeat till all gone. Cover with sauce and shredded cheese. Bake at 400 till cheese is brown, about 10-15 minutes.

Couple notes. Seafood is optional.
You can top with bacon bits and green onions
If you tripling recipe you can use 1 can cream of celery, 1 can cream of onion, 1 can cream of muahroom.
