I generally don't eat little burgers, usually go for the full size, but we went last night to Little Big's off Westheimer and Montrose. Pretty damn good! Very good french fries, burgers were very juicy, with good grilled onions, and buns were fresh. Got a chocolate milk shake that was very good as well.

Apparently it's owned by Bryan Caswell. How many fricking places is this guy going to open?

Yeah it is. They have this location and supposedly one in Hermann Park.

There is talk of him opening up a Tex Mex joint at some point around Montrose as well.

I live right down the road from that place and have always wanted to try it. I may check it out one night this week. Thanks.

He is opening a TexMex place in the old Tower theater on Westheimer in partnership with Robb Walsh who used to be the Houston Press food critic.

Here's a link

Sliders and Chipotle are the two words that I think should be banned from US food vocabulary.

I don't want to assume everyone knows, but the chef/owner is a contestant on Next Iron Chef and is doing quite well.

His seafood restaurant called Reef was rated by Bon Appetit magazine as the #1 seafood restaurant in the United States.
