Went to the new location on P'ville. First thing I noticed is that this place is extremely loud.Which makes it nearly impossible for the order taker to hear the customer. I think the "subway" method of ordering just adds to the noise. They should hand those papers that they use to mark your order on to the customer and let them fill them out. Sort of like which wich.
The pizza is good if you're into super thin crust pizza. The oven setup looked kind of hard to work with.it looked like it had a 2ft opening to an 8ft cooking surface. but, i guess that's necessary to keep the cooking temp high. Although the guy swinging the 6ft paddle around with the pizzas seemed not so safe.

The area is becoming oversaturated with pizza joints, but zero deep dish. I wish That's Amore would expand to BR.

Group of us from work went to the one in Prairieville for lunch last week. When we got there the line had to be about 30 people long, but we were ordering our food is about 20 minutes.
I had the BBQ pizza special and it was really good. Nice crust and good toppings. I would definitely go back whenever I crave pizza.

yeah, right now it doesn't seem like a good place for a work day lunch. I'm assuming that once the newness wears off that will change.
