On Texas Toast with lettuce, tomato, grilled bacon and mayo. Mmmmmmmm...............!!!!!!!

Shrooms on the grill are an absolute delicacy, good stuff.


In the winter, I´ll take big arse button mushrooms, pop the stem, fill them with foie, a bacon piece and a bit of raspberry preserves, and put them in the oven with the broiler on, but won´t put them up high in the oven.

It´s pretty damned good.
