What's your main dishes / suppers during lent?
Tonight, we are having tuna fish and egg sandwiches...side of leftover crawfish boiled potatoes and corn.

Friday, we will probably have crawfish etoufee (family coming over)

Shrimp salad poboy for lunch, shrimp casserole for dinner tonight

Shrimp and/or tuna salad, boiled shrimp, lemon pepper/dill salmon, may try some broiled catfish this year.

Fried catfish, fried shrimp mostly and shrimp and corn soup at least once.

Lunches usually consists of PB&J or egg salad sandwiches.

Dinner: Crawfish etoufee, plain alfredo, salmon, shrimp salads, fried catfish and bass.

Lots of seafood. Boiled, fried, grilled, etc. I like to try to buy a few fish or shrimp plates from the local churches raising money on Friday evenings.
