I was given a few chops and have no clue what to do with them? What's a good recipe and what should I serve with them?

We coat both sides in cracked black pepper, lemon pepper with garlic and onion and let them sit for an hour or so at room temperature. Then lightly fry them in olive oil and serve with mint jelly. Always a great treat.
eta: my SO said to tell you to use no more than a drop or two of olive oil in the pan.

Season them with a little cavenders and grill them up medium rare. I’ll second the mint jelly too

I coat them in olive oil and grill them hot and fast to medium rare. Put a little slice of butter on them and let them rest for about 10 minutes in foil. I then serve them with homemade pesto (basil, olive oil, minced garlic, salt). Blend the dry items in a food processor and then add olive oil to get the consistency you want.
