First time Saturday night and I was not impressed. The spicy shrimp was nothing more than a poor imitation of shrimp etoufee and the paella was poorly under seasoned jambalaya. What should I try on my next visit?

You can try not comparing it to Louisiana food since it's not trying to be that.

The Honduran enchiladas and the puerco guisado or pollo con papas are what I usually get. Their tostones are pretty good also.

the baledas are freaking delicious. So is the stewed pork.

To me its not a dinner place... its lunch... but its nothing fancy... just good honduran food.

For one, they aren't trying to imitate those dishes.
