One of my favorite restaurants in the city. I have not been in over a year, so I am not sure that they still do the "tasting menu." But, if they do, I recommend going with a party of 4 or more, as that opens up the tasting menu for your table: $50 per person, 6 courses (including your cut of meat), plus a few extra sides thrown in there. Hell of a deal.

The tasting menu went up to $55, still the best deal in the city.
I like the flap steak served with avocado slices and chimichurri.

We enjoyed the cheese. We got the version that had the extra toppings in and on it.

That night I preferred the hanger, but it was close. I had some of the skirt the next day as leftovers and it was still really tasty.
I definitely would like to go back with 4 people to do the tasting deal.
