It's always been a big deal in my life but that's probably because it's also my dad's bday. I think it coincides with all the pro-nola stuff that's out now of which most can be traced back to Katrina. Social media helps too.

I'd try it because I'm willing to give anything a shot, but that doesn't look appetizing at all. The same can be said for that King Cake hamburger that one of the New Orleans food trucks was slinging.
