I would reverse the order with Brett's first.

Daddy Duncan's is another to consider. There's also a Cooper's of Llano fame which is solid.

When I called Brett’s they laughed at me for checking if they had any left. Nicely, but laughed.

Brett learnt from Mueller's in Taylor. Very similar BBQ. I've eaten at both and think Brett's is better.

Truly a hole in the wall type joint. Last time I ate it they were only selling in 1/2 lb portions.
