Experts out there? I got the Breville Duo Temp Pro. I havent perfected the cappucino yet and success looks far away...any suggestions on what beans to use? Or the right consistency of the milk?

Where do you live?

Because the answer of "what beans to use" is going to vary dramatically based on whether you have local roasters, and if so, who they are.

I’ve found that HappyMug to be a source of good quality, low priced beans. I believe all my orders have shipped same day as roast and they have a wide selection.
