Download an app called flipp. You can set your favorite stores around you and it notifies you when the latest weekly deals get released (usually Tuesday/Wednesday). It is pretty handy for me to check rouses, Albertsons, and krogers all at once.

Flipp is awesome. It aggregates all of the fliers in your area to view, not just groceries either but all kinds of stores.
Also, what is really helpful is searching for a particular item. So you can search for bacon or bluebell ice cream for instance and see who has it on sale and for what price in your area.
