I alway get the fresh baked crispy hit crust, quit sucking at life and maybe you'll get to enjoy it one day as well.

I prefer the original location in 1967. The little hole in the wall by the pool hall, across from Northeast..

I know it is hard to believe, but the one in Farmerville is the best.

Well, kiss my arse first of all.
Secondly, have you been to Calhoun?
It's a post office.
Fishing and riding horses are also favorite memories of mine growing up. Hell, we only had three TV channels that came in clerly.

This is one of the more ethnically diverse Johnnys ive been too.
On second thought, it's not that diverse.

Farmerville and Truxno used to argue about which was the home of the Alfords and the Holloways..

Geauxt, LBK's moved from there to a new building across from the Fire Station, behind Big Star.

LBK's
I remember the Townhouse, or something similar, kinda across from Dr. Wadlingtons clinic?
also, used to be a little place at corner of main drag and the road that turns left across lake and toward Bernice.. this was in the 50's and 60's..
Posted on 10/23/12 at 1:11 pm to Ole Geauxt
The Townhouse closed 10 - 15 years ago. It's a chiropractor's office and sunbed place now. I don't remember what could have been at the intersection. I remember the Dairy-etta in the lot just down from the Townhouse. And of course the A& W out towards the stadium.

Alright. I have not been to the Strop City location in quite some time. Mainly due to the fact that on most days you can't get a seat in there. Something about $8.99 buffets brings people (urbanites and 3-teethed white folk) out in droves. But thanks to this thread I did a drive by while ago and it was only at half capacity. So I whipped in. On to the review.
I started with a fresh garden salad (White trash Iceberg FTW):
It was awesome. You only have (3) choices of dressings at Johnny's. Luckily they have all 3 good kinds. I went with the Ranch over the Thousand Island and Italian.
Resting behind the salad you'll see a plate with some spaghetti, a mustard muff slice, and hamburger slice, a sweep the kitchen slice, and some sort of multi meat slice. All were outfrickingstanding.
Here's a closer look at the mustard muff. This was my 2nd piece
By this point I'm full as a tick, but the food is so incredible I'm thinking about going back for one more round. Then I look up and see a break in the urbanites and a wide open buffet. I make my move. This time I get a pepperonie slice, a multi meat slice, and some kind of chicken and peper thing. Needless to say all were fandamntastic.
Close up shot of the canadian bacon/mutimeat:

Sorry if the pics are a tad blurry, I was shaking from excitment.
Anyway, that was it. I did not go from the stroodle type dessert pizza as I was too full and a whole herd of 3-toothed white folks had just envaded the joint. I did see 2 pretty cute nurses though and one had LSU colored scrubs on. (Shout out to yall ladies if you are reading this. I was the big tall white kid with the majority of his teeth taking pictures of his food
).
I'm full as a tick and only $9 poorer. To Johnny's
