I have always liked that the "red" jambalaya is made by a guy from Gonzales.

And it tastes better than the regular jambalaya

Is it just me, or do the same group of musicians always play Jazzfest?

Large contingent of good local bands and musicians play every year. Some big acts are regulars (I'm assuming they enjoy the music culture or have a tie to the city). The headliners switch up every year and some talents that had previous hay days that aren't very active now.

Yeah, after seeing the day-by-day lineup, I'm less excited about this one.

The fact that I haven’t been able to go to festival or larger concert/venue in over a year will make up for the lack luster lineup.

Oh and it’s in October also.

Cardinal sin. Jambalaya should never be red.

We're all sinners in this world. I can enjoy a jambalaya with or without tomatos.
