I was a little disappointed in the cracklings yesterday. Kind of small pieces and not much meat on them.

Yakiniku Po Boy, Crawfish Enchilada, Cochon De Lait are my 3 favorites. The Trio, Trout Baquet, Pheasant Gumbo after that.
