yes. i ordered jambalaya one time and got that. not bad just not the same with what i grew up with and what i consider jambalaya. i'm no expert cooking it as this thread shows but i am an expert in eating it.

When I was a kid.. Jambalaya was something you made out of the leftovers in the fridge. My family never cooked it as a starter. You would just pull together some leftover rice (which we always had) and some leftover pork or chicken and maybe toss some sausage or tasso in there. :shrug:
