I have a piece of Joval sheet metal A/C 10 inch round supply duct that is around 28 gauge galvanized and I cut a piece off it about 18 inches long and that works fine for blocking the wind on my burners.
Lightweight, easy to store in the pot when not being used and cheap.

I take foil and wrap it around the legs of the burner

go to home depot and buy three 24"x 48" scraps of plywood and 4 door hinges
connect them and you have a portable wind screen for outdoor cooking and seafood boiling
the whole setup will cost under $20 and last you a lifetime

Used a extra sheet of 3/8 plywood, cut into 4 each 2’x4’ section added six hinges. Can adjust to all kind of shapes. Folds up for easy storage.
