No, it's on West 5th, a ways off of Airline. It is a meat market in back, with a restaurant in front. Worth a lunch or brunch visit. Today's specials: LINK

Mr. Balls, the andouille at Vieux Carre in Mecca is either Jacob's or Wayne Jacob's...they have had both at one time or another.

I'm a Wayne Jacob's fan. They don't use preservatives like the other two places so it's best to eat it fresh. Their smoked chickens are also excellent. I like their pre-browned flour packets for making roux.
