fatty brisket

My man. Eaten as God intended. I’ve had everything on the menu at Tommy’s and it’s all been good. Tommy’s is more consistent that Don ho’s in my book, but the prices are a little better at Don Ho’s and it’s still good.

I’ve always enjoyed Kenova Smokehouse in Flowood. Never had a bad meal there. Love their brisket, ribs, burnt ends, and they have very good sides

Went to Pig and Pint and asked for 1lb of fatty brisket. It was OKAY. Not Tommy’s in Vicksburg good. Tons of frickin flys inside and outside.

Nice folks, good beer selection at PnP.

Will try other recommendations in Jackson on return trip.
