I’ve done it with Italian dressing and worchestershire on cheaper ribeyes. Pretty good actually.

Is there a problem using kitchen bouquet? I learned to bake a whole chicken from my mom and she used it on the chicken.

I like to marinate in a 60/40 mix of Italian dressing/Ketchup. Then I sous vide it for 37 hours at 110 degrees. Then I do 3 minutes on high in the microwave, flipping halfway through.

Not as big a problem as marinating a steak in Italian dressing.

Call it what you want. As a young man that was what I was taught to do with steak. Then years later I learned how to make steak from someone who made the best tasting steaks I had ever eaten. Salt and pepper and heat.
