I’ve done it with Italian dressing and worchestershire on cheaper ribeyes. Pretty good actually.

I agree it is a sin, salt and pepper to taste.. Medium rare, boom.

Is there a problem using kitchen bouquet? I learned to bake a whole chicken from my mom and she used it on the chicken.

I like to marinate in a 60/40 mix of Italian dressing/Ketchup. Then I sous vide it for 37 hours at 110 degrees. Then I do 3 minutes on high in the microwave, flipping halfway through.
