I like it.
But I am an "amateur". And evidently I am lazy and everything I cook tastes the same.

There isn't much difference

I've used the following in a Gumbo and they all turned out fine

Tony's
Cajun Land
Slap Ya Mama
Ragin Cajun

The regular green is too salty for my taste. Zats is ok but there is something in the new "bold" version that I don't like.

Hell no it's not overrated. It's a great blend and can add a ton of flavor to almost anything.
