Is it safe to use crockpot braising liquid to make a sauce?

doing some asian ribs in a crockpot and want to thicken up the braising liquid as a sauce. i know that re-using marinade liquid is a big no no, but i'm not sure if this would also be a no no

Both that and a marinading liquid are fine as long as you boil it long enough.

Both would be perfectly fine if you boil them. Crockpot juice is probably perfectly fine to use as a sauce as-is.

Yes

Reduce by half

Add some heavy cream

Reduce to desired consistency

Add about a T of butter and cut heat. Stir as butter emulsifies the sauce

Bit of cornstarch slurry and some sweetener, bring to boil and simmer for a minute and you’re good to go

Only if you don’t cook it. I simmer my raw meat marinades all the time and use them as a sauce.
