I have some cornbread mix and was wondering if I can make cornbreaded chicken with it.

I've used fish fry before and it worked out. It's all corn meal.

This should work, right?

Yeah but youd be better off with buttermilk flour and tonys. You will prolly have to hit the chicken with eggs b4 the cornbread tho but it should work. Hope that helps,

ok, sounds good. I figured I'd have to spice up the cornbread with tony's.

Run it through a milk and egg or buttermilk and egg wash, then roll in seasoned cornmeal and fry until floating and golden. I like traditional flour better FWIW.
