Is it a Hornet's Nest? Best Boiler for All Around Work?

So I need a propane boiler (hello Christmas). I cook a lot, but am not a fan of individual tools/appliances for very specific things. Cooking in big batches is going to be a necessity moving forward - so I am in the market for a boiler that can do the big three - Boil Seafood, Make Big Batches of Gumbo/Jambalaya, and Fry big batches of fish.
I really don't want a big fryer - that's a lot - even if there is more control in the process.
What's the best outdoor boiler that can hit all three? I'd rather by a few different pots/sizes than have to have multiple appliances. If there isn't a good option, I get it. But the boiler shopping market is fairly limited and really hard to read between the lines.
I come to your collective wisdom for help.

You can’t have all 3. Bite the bullet and purchase different rigs.
For boiling, you need a jet burner with an aluminum pot. For jambalaya, you need a banjo burner with a cast iron pot. You can fry fish in the cast iron pot if needed.

I'll probably boil the least. So banjo boiler and large cast iron... can do that.
