Currently I have

Urban Spoon
All Recipes
Extreme Cajun Cooking

All are pretty good IMO. Any other good ones?

Chefs Feed is an interesting one and free. You can find and research local dishes/Chefs while being able to view various dishes.

I'm currently using AnyList (free as well) for my grocery shopping.

Other than that, I do most of my food research from home.

Good, but they don't let you access your saved recipes on the iPhone app I believe. At least not for free I don't believe.

I like big oven. Also have whole foods recipe app. I use both of these on my iPad. Not sure how they look or are available on the iPhone.

For my iPhone, I have the all recipes dinner spinner. It's like a slot machine of ingredients. Food spotting is a cool Instagram food porn app.
