Waitr has all kinds of places I’ve never heard of. Did y’all know there’s a restaurant smack in the middle of Valley Park residential area called Owens?

Yes, it supposedly has good fried chicken but I've never been there. I cut through that neighborhood once when there was a wreck at College/Bawell and I think it's like a little grocery store?
ETA: Sorry OP, I haven't heard of this Indulgence on the Geaux. Looks interesting though.

Yes,
Owens makes a really good breakfast and they do a lot of catering around the holidays. They have strange hours.
