Go to the Sonic and ask for Dev. He'll point you in the right direction.

There is a market called the AZ International Food on Jones Creek. At least thats where my Indian friend went shopping.
There is also another Indian market on Coursey next to New Orleans Po Boys.
Not sure if one is better then the other.

Just buy the spices for different stuff and make whatever you want from scratch. Find a recipe and use the stores to find spices you normally wouldn't.

I love Channa massala. You'll need chickpeas and spice kit.
