His was very flavorful, good texture and color - just too salty for me. Without the salt he would have been top 3 in my opinion.
He started to say he used a seasoning blend, but didn't finish the sentence. His jambalaya recipe is easily adjusted. His technique was spot on.
Looks like the thread is anchored again. Don't know why.
